Lisa Cassar Child & Adolescent Psychologist Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) | Member Australian Association of Psychologists inc. Lisa is a child and adolescent psychologist who has worked in a variety of settings, including primary and senior schools, private practice, disability services and NGO’s. Lisa has over ten years’ experience working with children, teens and parents which has included therapeutic work in London, Melbourne and now the beautiful South Coast. Lisa values the individual needs of each client and attempts to incorporate their personal interests, strengths, and goals throughout the therapy process. Lisa recognises the importance of strengthening the support systems around a young person and is passionate about working collaboratively with parents, schools and other professionals. Lisa is trained in Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) and tends to incorporate key principles from her training in her work with families, she is also trained in The Cool Kids Anxiety program. Outside of work, Lisa is a mother of two girls and enjoys spending her rare spare time practicing yoga, going for long walks or hanging out at the beach. Lisa is passionate about all things music, coffee, and collecting quirky looking coffee mugs!
Sophia Endersbee Child & Adolescent Psychologist Master of Psychology | Member Australian Association of Psychologists inc. Sophia is a warm and compassionate psychologist committed to supporting individuals experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges. Her interests include child and adolescent psychology as well as perinatal mental health. Sophia brings over 15 years of experience in education, including teaching in Thailand, Vietnam, Sydney, and Melbourne. For the past five years she has practiced psychology within school settings on the South Coast, giving her a strong understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges young people may face at school and at home. Her therapeutic approach with children and adolescents is client-centered, neuro-affirming, attachment-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Sophia enjoys working collaboratively with young people and their families to create a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment that aligns with client strengths, interests and values. Sophia is also certified by the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (CoPE) in applied skills in perinatal mental health assessment and care. She is committed to supporting individuals navigate the challenges that can arise during the perinatal period. Outside of of work, Sophia enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the South Coast.
Lesley-Anne Elbourne Director / Educational & Developmental Psychologist Master of Psychology (Educational & Developmental) | Member Australian Association of Psychologists inc Lesley-Anne is a neurodivergent Educational and Developmental Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children, teens, young adults and parents/carers in private practice, schools and disability services. She values genuine, friendly and collaborative approaches to mental health and well being and places high value on assisting her clients to utilise and grow their own unique strengths. Lesley-Anne is currently offering a range of assessment services and adopts a neurodiversity affirming framework. She is a board approved supervisor and offers primary and secondary supervision to Psychologists and mental health professionals. Lesley-Anne enjoys open water swimming, the bush and talking all things Autism and ADHD with anyone who's interested.
